Cancellation Policy

Maid in heaven LTD is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate all your needs.

Unfortunately , when a client cancels without giving adequate notice , it prevents another client from being served. Our cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It also explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fee applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would have otherwise wanted an appointment .

We have implemented a straight forward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging in our services.

We do understand emergency situations can arise in which you have no choice but to cancel. Due to limited slots available , we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill up the spot.

We require a minimum of 3 days notice for all cancellations. Please inform us by 14:00 3 days prior to your scheduled booking to notify us of changes or any cancellations.

If no prior notice is given or notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period , you will be charged the full amount quoted.

Please note that if you have sent us photos for something that needs to be cleaned and we have given you pricing that this is only a
estimate (approximately) what it will cost to clean. Photos are not a true indication of how dirty something is but rather gives us some
idea. If on arrival the price is decreased or increased we will alert you before we begin cleaning.

No refund claims will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect
you must notify our company before the cleaner leaves and this will be rectified.

Our Company shall not be responsible for any damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, light bulbs , brittle items such as air vents  , surfaces , seals and we do not clean under electrical elements.

For all entry and exit cleans , please note only one cleaner is allocated. Please note that the cleaner will work through the top of your list (the top of your list being priority) and get through what is achievable in the time you have booked for. Windows , ovens , hobs , extractor fans are priced separately. Our cleaners are trained to clean properly and they will do their very best.
