Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions:

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur and that sometimes making schedule adjustments need to happen. We are happy to reschedule within reason. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request this at least 36 hours before your booked slot.
We require a 50% payment to hold your appointment , this is not refundable but it is taken off the final invoice that will be sent
approximately a day before the job. Please make sure your invoice is paid in full before we come and do the job.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 36 hours will result in a charge for the full amount that you were quoted – as I am sure you can understand that trying to fill-up your spot will be difficult with such short notice. If you choose to cancel and not reschedule your 50% deposit is not refundable. We will do our very best to reschedule your service.
 
Please note that if you have sent us photos for something that needs to be cleaned and we have given you pricing that this is only an estimate (approximately) what it will cost to clean. Photos are not a true indication of how dirty something is but rather gives us some idea. If on arrival the price is decreased or increased we will alert you before we begin cleaning.
 
No refund claims will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If for any reason the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect they must notify the Company before the cleaner leaves and this will be rectified. The Company shall not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
All complaints are taken seriously. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service please call us as soon as possible and give us the chance to rectify it. Your custom is very important to us and we want you to be happy,
 
Please note a 2% late fee will be charged per month for over due payments.
